The Opportunity:

We, at Flywire, are seeking a Sales Compensation Strategy and Planning Analyst to design our commission plan for our sales team.

  • Work with the VP of Revenue Operations to own the sales compensation process including development, implementation, communication and administration of sales commission or incentive programs, plans, policies and quotas
  • Reviews commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Analyze sales performance results, prepare presentations and recommendations for sales and/or finance management.
  • Work closely with other business partners and departments such as Sales Managers, HR, and Finance, to drive on-going process refinement to improve the efficiency and accuracy of sales commissions calculations and reporting
  • Troubleshoot and resolve commission issues in a timely manner
  • Provide guidance and training to sales teams on commissions plan structures, reports, policy, and other relevant processes
  • Development, implementation, communication, and administering of sales commissions and payouts preferably on a global scale

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience working within a sales compensation role for a high growth sales team.
  • High-tech, start-up, rapid growth and/or publicly traded company experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skill
  • Ability to multi-task across a broad range of responsibilities and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be self-motivated, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, possess initiative, problem definition and resolution skills, and strong analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field is required.
