A payment receipt will be available for download as soon as Flywire has processed your payment to your institution. Once the funds have been delivered, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you created the payment request while logged in to your Flywire account, the email will be sent to your Flywire user email address. If you created the payment request as a guest and not while logged in to a Flywire account, the email will be sent to the email address that had been provided.
Payment request made with Flywire account
Download the payment receipt by going to www.flywire.com and logging in to the Flywire account used to create the payment request. To access your payment receipt, click on “Your payments” in the top right corner, then on the payment ID in question, and lastly, on the link “Need your payment confirmation/receipt?”
Payment request made with guest account
Access your payment receipt through the tracking link emailed to you after the request was made. The link will be sent to the email address that was provided with the payment request and expires after 21 days. You can either copy and paste the link to your internet browser or click on the link to access the payment tracking page and the payment receipt.
