You can log in to your account to cancel your payment. Click on ¨My Payments,¨ then on the section called ¨How is your payment going,¨ click on the blue tab called ¨Cancel Payment.¨
You’ll then be able to book a new payment if you wish.
Please make sure that you have not sent us your payment prior to canceling the request. You will need to cancel a payment with your bank and ask to stop it if you do not want us to receive it.
