What if I can't complete the payment within the period provided?
If you need additional time to complete your payment, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on “My Payments.”
3. In the section “How is your payment going?,” click on the blue button “Give me 2 more days.”
You will now have more time to complete your payment.
Please note that the due date is the date we ask that you make the transfer by. The due date is not the date we need to have received the funds by.
If you request a two-day extension but are still unable to make that deadline, we ask that you cancel your request and make a new one closer to a date you expect to be able to make the transfer. This is necessary as we will be unable to honor the exchange rate offered at the time of your original booking.
