Session Description:

Examining Payment Method Trends in International Education

Simon Read, Sales Director, Flywire EMEA

4 September, 2017

12:30 – 13:25 pm

Abbey Room, 4th Floor

In this session, Read will discuss the past, current, and expected payment method trends gleaned from data accumulated from the financial technology and education payments spheres. He will review the trends that have emerged through the lens of a payer’s country of origin and country destination, and compare institution sectors (i.e., higher education, language schools, independent schools). Then, he will work with the attendees to analyse different sectors’ international payment behaviour traits and discuss how schools can position themselves to target a diverse range of international students.
