How do you identify my payment once you receive it?

You must include your payment ID when you send us your funds. Our fully-automated system will reconcile your payment using that information, in addition to the sender information noted with your payment. If you forget to include this information please note that this will not impair our ability to effectively process your payment. Our Operations department can still match your payment with the sender information provided on the transaction details versus the sender information that you provided in the booking request.
