My name is Chad Lester. I am the Associate Bursar of the account resolution team. The products we use from Flywire are the 529 disbursements, international payments and collection management. On my side, we implemented the collection management. We went from 26 paper payment plans that we put in there to well over 250 payment plans right away. So, it's been an instant time-saver.
