The Head of Relationship Management for UK, Ireland & South Africa is a key role within Flywire’s EMEA Management Team. Reporting to the VP of Education for the EMEA region the role will work alongside other regional leaders and manage a team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and revenue growth within the territory. 

The Opportunity: 

  • Responsible for achieving the revenue target for Flywire’s UK, Ireland and South Africa clients

  • Setting strategy for the region on how we delight our clients and drive utilisation of Flywire’s services

  • Leadership & line management of Flywire’s UK and South Africa Relationship Management team covering customers in the UK, Ireland & South Africa 

  • Ensuring accurate record keeping within Salesforce 

  • Forecasting revenue projections for client accounts

  • Uncover additional revenue streams at current accounts

  • Identifying and mitigating client risk areas across the region

  • Work in collaboration with various departments to identify needed improvements, recommended solutions and escalate items to VP as appropriate 

  • Support Sales efforts to acquire new business as required and uncover new upsell opportunities for Sales from within the existing customer base

  • Provide successful framework for exceptional on-boarding of new clients to delight the clients and provide quick and meaningful revenue generation from the outset

  • Implement focused initiatives and campaigns to drive revenue and retention of existing customers

  • Work with other members of the Management Team to add value and contribute to the overall objectives of the EMEA region as a whole

  • Work with the Client Operations teams and Strategic Accounts Director to implement best practices within the RM/RA team and to maximise revenues on strategic and key accounts

Here's what we are looking for: 

  • Minimum BA degree required

  • 5+ years of management, sales, account management, or marketing experience

  • A background working in education and/or fintech (preferred)

  • Experience in consultative sales; the ability to build rapport quickly, identify and diagnose business problems, demonstrate products remotely or in person and meet the specific customer needs with effective solutions

  • Ability to speak to the technical aspects of a solution

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)

  • The ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Familiarity with CRM applications. Salesforce preferred

  • Ability to professionally handle client issues and implement effective resolution

  • 3+ years experience as a leader managing a team
