The Opportunity:
We, at Flywire, are looking for a bright, motivated, and hardworking Training Manager to support our Healthcare Team. This role’s main priority will be to deliver client focused, efficient and innovative learning programs and experiences that are thoughtfully designed to help our team gain knowledge and confidence with our solutions.
- Development and delivery of Product Training programs for the entire Healthcare organization including: Product functionality, requirements, capabilities, industry knowledge, and other department updates
- New hire training
- Continuous product “refreshers” to internal teams and as new clients on board
- Development of product training and certification programs to internal and possibly external teams.
- Support account team with product training and certification programs for clients
- Collaboration with subject matter expertise and People and Culture team on current and upcoming products to keep program offerings current
- Support managers develop and deploy situational coaching tools and documentation to upskill their teams
- Coach, role-play and train on situational matters
- Design and develop content in a variety of formats (LMS, video, in-person, user guides/process flows) based on the specific needs of each program
- Manage course rosters and completion records while working with territory leads
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
- 5-7 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development or other directly relevant experience
- Experience in Healthcare (ideally revenue cycle), Payments, Banking & Finance, and/or Technology Platforms
- Passion for empowering others, and demonstrating impact to the organization
- Ability to design, develop and deliver fully executed programs and resources
- Demonstrate advanced learning and teaching strategies for high impact
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across all internal teams
- A self starter with the ability to work alone, as well as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning, Education, or related course-work or equivalent training and/or experience
