Due to the UK’s decision to withdraw from the European Union, Flywire is required to make some changes to the way it provides services to its clients in the European Economic Area (EEA).

Specifically, we are assigning our customers based in the EEA over to Flywire’s newly regulated entity in Lithuania. This will be the primary entity that we will use to contract for the provision of services to our customers in Europe going forward.

In order to complete this transition and ensure uninterrupted service to you, we are required to perform a ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) refresh by December 15th 2020 in order to be able to continue to provide services to you after December 31st, 2020.
