There's definitely steps in your business that you take with some tools, and that makes a huge difference and a huge improvement, and Flywire has certainly been one of them.
My name is Marie and I'm the co-owner of Travel with Marie. I help French-speaking clients to come to South Africa by creating very personalized and curated trips from arrival in the country to departure.
Before working with Flywire, I've been using multiple payment platforms that were often expensive or quite complicated when clients didn't want to pay by credit card and wanted to pay by transfers. Flywire has just completely simplified this by just sending this very efficient payment link with all the info entered on it, and clients literally have to click on two buttons, enter the info, the details, cards, or bank transfer and it's sorted.
The biggest improvement since using Flywire has been the time saving in terms of getting our money from our clients. This has just been extremely streamlined. It's quicker, it's more efficient, and it's been quite cost effective. It's just really, time-wise, a huge improvement, meaning we've got more time to do what's important, being just creating beautiful itinerary and quotes for our clients.
I would definitely recommend Flywire to other travel agencies. We all looking at just spending time on what we love doing and what we good at, and not on the tools that make our business work, so it's just absolutely perfect.
