- Provide an introduction to the 3 Collection Management modules: PreCollect, Internal Collections & Agency Management
- Walk through the payer experience, including system navigation and payment plan workflows
- Review the admin experience, including navigating the Internal Collections Management dashboard and an overview of active payment plans
