The Opportunity :
We, at Flywire, are seeking a Proposal Manager to manage the end-to-end proposal process for opportunities in the US, Canada, Europe and other global locations. Primarily working with our Education and Healthcare verticals, the Proposal Manager will:
Manage proposals from qualification to completion, serving as the principal point of contact to communicate and coordinate proposal requirements
Review client objectives, help develop and articulate win strategies, project manage the response schedule, finalize and submit the completed proposal
Review, edit and format proposals to ensure readability and consistent messaging that clearly communicates our company and product capabilities
Ensure proposals comply with Flywire’s corporate policies
Manage our proposal content library and help keep information up-to-date
Work successfully with FlyMates located worldwide, including sales, product & engineering and compliance teams
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years proven experience of managing proposals (RFIs, RFPs etc)
Must live in Eastern or Central Time Zone
Excellent understanding of, and ability to apply, capture and proposal management best practice
Ability to author proposal documents and convey information in clear, concise and compelling copy
Experience of using client RFP/procurement e-portals
Proficient in MS Word, Powerpoint & Excel and Adobe Acrobat Suite
Ideally with experience of:
Responding to US and Canadian public sector RFPs (preferably Higher Education and Healthcare)
Using proposal management software (preferably Loopio)
Using CRM applications (preferably Salesforce)
