The Opportunity:

Flywire’s Learning & Growth (L&G) team sits within the People team as a center of expertise responsible for designing, implementing and supporting an ecosystem of learning and growth globally across all of Flywire’s business verticals and functions and across the entire FlyMate career journey. We are seeking an exceptional professional as a Program Manager, Manager & FlyMate Development. As L&G Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and managing a comprehensive L&G approach to manager development across all manager roles and levels, including our signature Managers Taking Flight program. You will also design and manage learning and growth solutions for FlyMates to address capability and experience development needs. You will work with our global L&G and People teams to manage and deliver impactful programs and initiatives worldwide, both for blended/virtual as well as in-person formats. More specifically, your role will include thought partnering on needs analysis and design requirements with senior stakeholders, journey and program design, overseeing program delivery and impact tracking, creating earning and growth interventions, and working with subject matter experts and external vendors. Building on your strong expertise, you will also help us drive learner experience, innovation, and advancement of our L&G strategy globally.

  • Strategic learning and development; able to design and assess learning solutions
  • Manage development program design and delivery
  • Performance consulting and development intervention design
  • Partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure the right content is developed and delivered
  • Cross-regional and remote learning management and delivery, including organization and logistics
  • Learner experience design and facilitation, including virtual and blended formats for large and small groups

  • State-of-the-art L&G tools, frameworks and practices: social learning, design thinking, learning through work and experiences, crowdsourced learning

  • Implementing and administering learning technology systems and platforms and integrating with HRIS technology and processes

  • Analytical and problem-solving tasks, including strong business judgment

  • Managing projects and teams within a multi-function, global, and virtual organization

  • Collaborating with stakeholders, L&G and People Team members to co-create and implement approaches and solutions

Here's What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated high academic achievements in learning and development, advanced degree and certifications desired
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Passion for learning and people and a human-centric approach to talent practices
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills
  • Strong planning and project management skills, high attention to detail
  • Outstanding initiative, ownership, and results-orientation
  • Willingness for occasional international travel, with flexible schedule, where required
  • Ability to work remotely, globally and asynchronously 
  • Excellent English skills, multi-lingual desired
