Flywire is looking for a motivated and hardworking Partner Operations Associate to help us handle and process our growing volume of cross-border payments. You will be in charge of responsible for processing payments in some of the key markets for Flywire in the APAC region. You will collaborate within the Global Payments Team, helping to optimize the current partner network and identifying areas of improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Payment reconciliation against customer requests
- Control flow of funds from our Payments Partners
- Find creative solutions and apply them making impact and improving the current processes
- Bring qualitative and quantitative feedback to team to inform decision-making
- Face challenges and work independently
- Use of data to back up new initiatives and projects
FlyMate Skills & Qualifications
- A financial services or operations background is required
- Experience working in a professional office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build processes, identifying inefficiencies and potential risks
- Working knowledge of Excel and other online tools (Google Apps, Jira, etc.)
- Experience with data analysis tools like Looker will be helpful in this role
- Proficiency in English (required) and Vietnamese (desired), other languages are a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
