Flywire Review Giveaway Terms and Conditions
The Number of Payments Will Not Impact Your Chance of Winning.
By entering a Flywire Review Giveaway, (the “Giveaway”), you must acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements and understand that the following Terms and Conditions apply. “Flywire” means Flywire Corporation or its affiliates.
Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Flywire (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Trustpilot or Sendoso.
Eligibility: This Giveaway is open only to payers who have used Sponsor’s products or services who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of February 14th, 2022 and are the recipients of the Flywire Review Giveaway email (the “Email”), sent directly from the Sponsor via email. The Giveaway is void in China and Canada, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
Entry period: The Giveaway begins on February 14th, 2022 and ends on June 30th, 2022, (“Entry Period”). Winners will be chosen weekly based on entries in the preceding week. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. For entrants, Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.
How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, individuals must submit at least one review on the Trustpilot website consisting of (1) logging into Trustpilot and visiting www.trustpilot.com/review/www.flywire.com and following the prompts to “Write a review"; (2) completing all required review submission fields with your review posting. You must include your first and last name on the review post to be eligible for the Giveaway.
Entries: There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per week. By entering, you indicate your full agreement to these Terms and Conditions and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Giveaway, which are final and binding.
Drawing: Starting February 14th, 2022, ending March 14th, 2022, on or about Tuesday of each week, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing of all eligible Entries received after the latest Email. Sponsor will send an email from [email protected] (“Notification”) to the potential winner(s) with information on how to claim the Prize (as defined below).
Potential Winner Requirements: Except where prohibited, a potential winner is required to send a confirmation email of the Prize acceptance upon receipt of Notification. If the potential winner fails to respond within 5 days or if the Notification is returned as undeliverable or fails to reach the potential winner for any reason, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion, who will be subject to disqualification in the same manner.
Prize: Up to one (1) winner per week will receive a US $100 gift card via email from Sponsor (the “Prize”) per week. A winner is responsible for paying any applicable income taxes and any and all other fees, costs and expenses associated with receipt of the Prize. Any Prize details not specified herein will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. A Prize may not be transferred and must be accepted as awarded, and any difference between approximate and actual Prize value will not be awarded. A winner may not request cash or a substituted prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with an award of similar value if the Prize is not available for any reason, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor will not be responsible for any lost gift card.
Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless Flywire and its officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any Prize, including, but not limited to (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c)technical errors that may prevent an individual from participating or receiving direct messages related to the Giveaway; or (d) injury or damage to persons or property. You further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees or other legal costs. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, or indirect damages. All potential winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway. An entrant is not a winner of any Prize, even if the Giveaway should so indicate, unless and until entrant’s eligibility and the potential winning Entry has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept alternative evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process.
