Flywire Becomes the Adventure Travel Trade Association’s Official Preferred Global Payments Partner Through the Newly Announced 2021 – 2022 Partnership

四月 27, 2021

Over the next year, Flywire will partner with the Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA) as the preferred global payments partner on various virtual and in-person event activities, educational content campaigns, financial research reports, in an effort to grow awareness and engagement within the adventure travel industry. With a strong focus on financial management, literacy and responsibility, ATTA and Flywire will seek to create, share and promote content and tools that enhance learning around an often complex topic. By making the financial research reports free to anyone, regardless of ATTA membership status, the partnership also seeks to make financial research findings accessible to people around the world.

Flywire is a global payments enablement and software company that combines its global payments network, next-gen payments platform and vertical-specific software to deliver the most important and complex payments for its clients and their customers. Flywire solves both sides of the payment equation: Flywire helps its clients get paid, and helps end customers pay with ease no matter where they are in the world. Flywire enables its travel clients, such as travel operators, destination management companies and accommodations businesses, to provide their customers with a more secure, streamlined way to pay. Likewise, Flywire clients achieve significant operational efficiency like time and cost savings.

“We’re excited to be partnering with ATTA to help deliver meaningful programming to leaders in the adventure travel industry,” said Colin Smyth, vice president and general manager of Travel at Flywire. “As more signs point towards a strong comeback for travel, together we can give members the tools they need to sustain business well into the future.”

Recently, Flywire presented a concurrent virtual session “Reducing Costs on Global Travel Payments” during ATTA’s AdventureElevate Virtual Europe event this past March, providing tips on how global tour operators can reduce operating costs, streamline operations, and maintain financial health. Led by Flywire’s Senior Account Executive of Travel Sydney Banks, this insightful session drew over 300 attendees.
