We, at Flywire, are looking for a Front-end Developer to help us build patient facing applications in the healthcare world. In this role, you will collaborate with teams across California, Tel Aviv and Valencia to build web and mobile interfaces using the latest front-end technologies. Thus, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and building quality products is essential.

The Opportunity:
Lead the Front-end effort to implement features and user interfaces
Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications
Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers and other engineers across the globe
Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle to build first in class Front-end applications
Bring fresh ideas to the team and suggest new technologies
Be a mentor and a role model for other team members
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
+6 years of demonstrable experience in Front-end development
A broad knowledge of the JavaScript ecosystem (ES6+) & CSS3
Solid knowledge of React and its components
Knowledge of backend development - we look for someone who understands how APIs work
Excellent software design and architecture capabilities are desirable
A disciplined approach to writing unit and integration tests
Hands on experience with some of the following as a plus:
Cypress
Jest & React testing library
Mobx / Redux
React Hooks
Technical, analytical, organizational, collaboration and communication skills
Strong attention to detail, focus on quality, and flexibility
A passion for learning and contributing to the development of others through code reviews, tech talks, etc
Fluency in English, as it is the company’s working language
