We, at Flywire, are seeking a Product Manager to work on the payments space in the EMEA region, with the different payment providers and vendors. Being an user focus area, knowing payer pain points, collecting feedback on payments issues and looking for an exceptional user experience is required.
Product Managers at Flywire like to win. You’ll be part of the team who is focused on identifying what a winning product looks like and how it will succeed in the market. In order to accomplish this, you will own a product and be responsible for its roadmap, solutions, management of a cross functional team and more.. What does this look like?
The Opportunity:
Translate the payment services vision into a roadmap for the Payment Acquisition EMEA area.
Be the expert on the payment ecosystem in the EMEA region. Get a good understanding on pros & cons of payment methods and payer challenges.
Be able to work with vendors and implement payment options, in order to create the best payment network in the region and support the markets Flywire serves.
Collaborate with engineering, global payments, compliance, product managers and other stakeholders to come up with innovative solutions.
Make smart decisions and informed risks with low-medium uncertainty in a fast paced environment.
Lead the squad for the payment experience working along with Engineering, QA and designers following agile methodology.
Lead by influence, always helping the team reach their maximum potential
Here's What We Are Looking For:
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, working with 3rd party payment provider companies, PSPs, Acquirers…, in the EMEA ecosystem.
2+ years of experience in a FinTech or payments environment with demonstrable experience improving customer products by enhancing payments network is a plus.
Solid knowledge of agile and lean methodologies
Goal-oriented attitude
An excellent communicator - at the heart of every great product manager is the ability to communicate your vision effectively
A strategic thinker who is focused on execution - a great strategy only achieves results through diligent execution
Collaborative in your approach in leading initiatives - teamwork is the key to success here at Flywire, and to be successful, you’ll need to be able to work across teams throughout the globe
