The Opportunity:
We, at Flywire, are seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Senior Strategic Partner Manager, EDU EMEA.
You’ll be part of a team who is focused on identifying and driving new strategic relationships for our Education vertical. What does this take? We are looking for someone who:

Creatively executes on the corporate strategic vision
The primary role of the Sr. Strategic Partner Manager is to increase awareness, alignment, and collaboration with Flywire partners to drive new value for clients by positioning Flywire for deep and meaningful integrations leading to the best payment experiences. This role, in addition to being a cross-collaborative role within the organization, will require strategic planning and execution for new and existing markets. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in client management, strategic selling or partner management.
Key responsibilities:
Develop a market strategy with regional directors & vice presidents to creatively execute on regional revenue goals using new and existing partnerships
Manage partner portfolio, revenue growth goals and regular reporting requirements
Create and deliver regular partnership performance reviews to identify mutually appealing opportunities for growth and to drive further value for Flywire clients.
Develop internal and external promotional campaigns to increase revenue lift, visibility and pipeline activity.
Establish a regular cadence and standing meetings with partners to ensure strong relationship and continued collaboration
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure lifecycle management is working effectively in the organization. Propose and execute enhancements to streamline, as necessary.
Escalate customer care and relationship management requests to the partners or internal teams, as required
Drive product requests to support the development of partner ecosystem
Attend industry conferences, lectures and trainings to continue building awareness
Support the Director of Global Strategic Partnerships in any capacity necessary to build and grow the business
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
7+ years sales, relationship management or business development experience
Experience in building strategic relationships or consultative sales; the ability to build rapport quickly and meet the specific customer needs with effective solutions.
Strong interpersonal, analytical and planning skills
Spanish and/or French speaking preferred
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
