As a key part of our Global Payments team, the Payment Solutions & Growth team is responsible for designing and delivering high impact payment solutions & growth programs that support all of Flywire’s client verticals and payers. We are seeking a creative, entrepreneurial and independent-minded Payment Solutions & Growth Sr. Manager to help us build for the next phase of our journey.  You will drive the development and execution of global initiatives that increase payment flow and expand Flywire’s payment offering. You will be a champion for growth across Flywire, working with stakeholders throughout the organization as we bring innovative new payment solutions to market.  

The Opportunity:

  • Identify, scope, recommend and implement new payment solutions or growth opportunities across Flywire’s broad client base and payers
  • Work closely with Product, Legal and Compliance to develop creative new solutions that solve industry problems
  • Ensure business readiness by preparing stakeholders across all departments (e.g. Customer Support, Finance and Operations) to support new flows or responsibilities 
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on go to market planning for new solutions
  • Set, monitor and deliver against revenue targets for newly created solutions
  • Measure the success of new solutions, provide recommendations for improvement and deliver results

Here’s What We’re Looking For

 

  • 7+ years working experience, including experience in a multinational company
  • Experience working in payments or fintech preferred
  • A startup mentality, as well as an ability and interest in wearing multiple hats
  • Experience working with Marketing and Sales on go to market activities (possibly including but not limited to leading marketing campaigns, focus groups, sales enablement, product marketing, etc.)
  • Extensive experience conforming to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities; innovative problem solver
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills (internal and external) & proven ability to influence others
  • Strong presentation & communication skills (written & verbal) including the ability to develop and lead presentations; familiarity with powerpoint
  • Project/program planning & implementation background; with demonstrated success delivering mission critical projects
  • Experience with P&L responsibilities & delivering on revenue targets a plus
