At our 2025 Annual Conference & Awards Ceremony we saw over 200 attendees representing 70 UK higher education institutions come together to share their experiences and absorb insights from sector experts and peers. Here are the highlights from the three-day event.

Over three days, we welcomed over 200 attendees from institutions across the U.K. to the De Vere Beaumont Estate in Windsor, with the aim of having open and collaborative discussions about how to improve payments and the wider student journey in a challenging environment.

Annual award winners

Each year, our annual awards acknowledge and recognise excellence and successes achieved by the unsung heroes of the UK higher education sector. From process innovation, integration excellence, to outstanding contribution and more besides, this year’s awards recognised eleven deserving institutions and individuals.
