What I love most about working at North Carolina State University is, as trite as it seems, is the students. Over the past 23 years, one thing has remained the same. The students are still amazing. We help a lot of students with payments, international students in particular. It's a daunting thing. Most of them have never left their country, and here they are showing up in North Carolina. It's a completely different experience.
And we, unfortunately, cancel schedules if a student doesn't pay. And so many times, you know, you send an email, "Here's your bill." And they don't realize that it's a hard cutoff to pay their bill. We can have them directly send the money through Flywire directly to us. And as soon as I can see that guaranteed, and that can happen same day. And we've saved our classes, thus reducing a tremendous amount of stress with an international student. Moving that money is a big deal.
