Flywire has really created a bridge between the university and our international students. It has made our collections processes a lot simpler and just cleaner for students. My name is Janine Puleo. I am the supervisor of Student Accounts Receivables in the Wayne State University Bursar's Office. So Wayne State University is the largest research institution in the city of Detroit. We are home to almost 24,000 students, and we have students graduate and undergraduate from across the United States, as well as almost 70 countries. Wayne State University has been a long time user of Flywire's products, and we've been really enjoying utilizing Flywire. Before working with Flywire, the process was really difficult. It was inefficient, disorganized, frankly, just messy.
