Make your payment with Flywire today
1. Pay your bill
On your invoice, click Pay Bill and choose the installment you need to pay. Enter the amount you wish to pay and select your country of origin from the dropdown list.
2. Confirm your payment
Confirm the country you are paying from and the amount you are paying.
3. Choose your payment method
Review the available payment options and select your preferred method. Options may include bank transfer, debit/credit card payment, electronic payment, or other local options - all in your local currency.
4. Confirm your details
Input some basic information to initiate your payment. We will include this information in your payment so the business you’re paying can easily identify your funds.
5. Make your payment
Follow the on-screen instructions to send your funds to Flywire via your selected method.
FOR BANK TRANSFERS: Follow the instructions provided to send your funds. Depending on your bank, you may be able to pay online, in person at the bank, or over the phone.
FOR ONLINE BANK TRANSFERS: Choose your bank from the list of options. Then log into your online bank account. The amount you owe will be directly taken from your account and transferred to Virtuoso.
FOR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD: Enter your card details online to complete your payment in your home currency. Note: Additional local payment options may be available depending on your country of origin.
5. Track and confirm
Select the tracking link provided at the end of the payment to track the status of your funds.
INITIATED - The payer as gone through the payment experience and “booked” a payment that generated a Payment ID.
GUARANTEED - The Payer, if paying via bank transfer, has sent the funds to Flywire’s bank account, OR if paying via credit card.
DELIVERED - Virtuoso has received the funds in their bank account.
